Tejas Commercial Construction, LLC is a minority owned company that has been in business since February 2009.

Started by Philip Rojo and later joined by Charles Allen. Together the owners have over 50 years experience; our foreman have twice that combined. We specialize in wet utilities, concrete and concrete structures.

Tejas Commercial Construction uses a homegrown and proprietary process for planning, tracking, and managing even the biggest construction project. We pinpoint how to deliver what our clients demand.

Our portfolio includes the successful construction of master-planned underground utilites for water, waste water, storm water and concrete structures including inlet boxes, curbs and gutters, also driveways and approaches. When doing emergency work we work with broken water lines, sewer lines and fire hydrant leaks.
